Common Questions
A digital download means your order is accessed via a secure cloud based storage system. This is perfect for watching, sharing & downloading. A link will be emailed to you upon payment of your order. When you open the link, you’ll see all of your digitised memories waiting to be downloaded. The complimentary link is available for 30 days .
We are able to achieve really great quality conversions because we use the very best equipment & processes & because we have been doing it for so long. However, our conversions rely upon the quality of the original footage, which is why it is so important to digitise your tapes now, before they break down and the footage can no longer be retrieved. We offer tape fixing services for mould or damaged tapes. We will discuss this prior to commencing your order.
Absolutely! Unless instructed otherwise, the original tapes are returned to you along with your newly digitised home movies. You can collect them from our Elderslie studio or we can safely return them to you via our door to door service.
We have the fastest turn-a-round times in the business. Most of our orders are processed within 5-7 days. During the busiest parts of the year, these times can extend to 14 days.
