Our average turn-a-round times are 7 days. During our busiest periods, this can extend to 14 days, however usually our customers have their orders returned within just a few days. We have the fastest turn-a-round in the industry so there is no need to jump the queue and pay extortionate “priority” fees.

When it comes to transferring to digital, we convert, VHS, VHS-C, Betamax, 8mm, Hi8, Digital 8, Mini DV & Audio Cassette. We can also convert Digital Betacam, Betacam SP & Betacam SX. For pricing of a specific tape, click here.

Unless requested otherwise, all tapes are transferred into a high quality MP4 file. This ensures compatibility with a wide range of playing devices, like Smart TVs, Tablets & phones for example.

Mould can cause many health issues. It can also negatively effect the audio and visual quality of your tape.  For these two reasons alone, we will advise that we clean the tape, to give you the best chance of viewing it again in its former glory.

We do not charge by duration. Most of our customers have hours of content on their tapes & they do not want to be punished for every extra 30 mins they have. So if you have a tape that is either 1 hour or 6 hours & you transfer it to USB, the price will not change.

When an out of date format such as analogue is re-captured, it is done so as a file you can view online, download and share using a computer or device. It is also the first step in transferring your media to a DVD.

We can comfortably fit a 4 hour tape onto a DVD. We use premium discs to allow for extra storage & do not charge any extra.

When you choose to transfer your tapes to USB, we supply the most appropriate sized Premium USB to handle all of your content.

Whilst most of our customers choose to download and watch their tapes on USB, we still transfer lots of tapes to DVD.

With every order, we securely back up your tapes to the cloud, where you can safely share them with others.  This means you don’t have to make copies & send them around the country.  This backup link is provided to you free of charge for 30 days.
