Yes, we offer better rates for bulk orders. Give us a call on 0435 009 222 and have a chat with us.
When you are ready to have your tapes converted, give us a call to schedule a time for us to collect them, or if you prefer to drop them off, you are most welcome to do so.
Once we have your tapes and assessed each one for damage or mold, we barcode them with a unique & secure ID to prevent them from being misplaced. We will contact you with an order confirmation and once confirmed, your order will be placed in the queue for conversion.
On average, we turn-around each job within 7 days. However there are times where this may be extended due to large orders. We will advise should this look like occurring.
Once we have completed your order, we will contact you to arrange a suitable time for the return of your tapes. If we collected the tapes from you, we will return them via courier, free of charge.
The estimated price will be provided to you in the order confirmation. If this price should change, we will contact you before providing any additional services on your order. Upon completion, you can pay using cash or credit card options. A 2% processing fee is added to any credit card payments.
