I've always been apprehensive about using a recovery system for my old media; home video rescue gave me an opportunity to recover my footage either online or hard copy media. Had so many old tapes sitting in a box in the back of the closet. Now they’re digitised, easy for the whole family to watch & laugh at some long lost memories. If you’ve got old video tapes, it’s absolutely worth getting them digitised. & home video rescue couldn’t make the task any simpler, didn’t even need to leave my house. I went to Chris with 2 tapes one was 33 years old and the other 31 years old, both tapes turned out pretty damn good in my opinion and I couldn’t be happier, there was a section of tape about half way through that was unwatchable but was to be expected for the age.. over all I had a great experience and Chris from home video rescue was really easy to talk to and communicated with me right through the process.. recommend highly. Excellent Service The service offered by Chris of Home Video Rescue far exceeds that offered by other providers. Some of our tapes required cleaning and were very old but from the first phone call to collecting the USB’s we were kept informed of progress every step of the way. Chris explained everything in easily understood way and we are extremely pleased with the outcome.
